Can a stock B18C1 in an 88' Crx with street tires be able to run 13's in the 1/4m?
I'm going to put a gsr motor in my 88' crx and my goal is to run at least 13's. So if it is fairly common to run 13's I won't be worried because I'll be getting a stage 2 clutch and I'm an excellent driver. But if its not common I'll be getting a turbo and boosting low at 8psi. Thanks for any insight
don't listen to me, b/c i have never driven on track, but...
i do believe that a lightened crx with a good-running b18c1 will break into the 13's if the driver is good.
but i could be wrong...

Its definitely do-able with a good driver. Its what I'm hoping for when I go to the next track day.
if its a stock motor, yes with slicks. you can probably do it on street tires but you would need some bolts atleast and having an 88 crx hf would help.

Yes it is possible.
#1 If you have a really light car
#2 If you are a very good driver
#3 If you run on slicks
#4 If your engine is running 100% and putting out at least 170 at the wheels.
Is it likely.......no
