Which is better, a Turboed 2nd Gen B16A or a B18C1 (obd1)? Ii'm pretty sure that the gsr motor will be better but I've heard both so if I could some insight on this issue it would help alot thanks

This is a no brainer. The more displacement you have, the more power will be on tap.

basically stock honda b16's and b18c's make 100hp per liter. so, a b18c1 has 0.2 liters more than a b16a. that gives it 20 more horsepower and corresponding more torque, of which horsepower is a by-product. the question is:
is 20 horsepower worth twice the $$??
yeah these links are to ebay, but they are basic going rates for the engine, 5-speed transmission, and ECU's:
b18c1:

b16a:

note: the b18c1 has a hydraulic transmission and the b16 a cable transmission

edit: and that's not getting into the ever-controversial rod-to-stroke ratio
