Default Help with possible set up(lots of ?'s)

I am going to run a 94 h22a in a 94 civic hatchback and I am wanting to stay Na. The head has the valves bent so since I am getting that fixed i am going to go ahead and bite the bullet and have the head built with all crower peices. I am also going to go ahead and have the motor sleeved, bored and put in some 12.5 to 1 comp. pistons and some crower rods and and balance everything. I plan to run a DC sport 4-1 header, AEM cold air intake, thermal 2.5 inch cat back, quaiffe limited slip, clutch masters stage 3 clutch with clutchmasters lightened flywheel. What should I do for fuel? WHat size of injectors? Will a VAFC be effecient enough to tune it all together? What do I do to raise the rev limiter? Will I need an MSD ignition? Will the MSD raise my rev limiter to what ever I want it to be? What else should I add to the list that I have forgotten? thanks for the help.

You could run a Hondata P28 on the H22a.
