serached and foudn nothing

i got the hks hi power on my 2001 gsr....going into buying it i did know it was an under the axle setup but watned the quality
i dont regret anything but i was wondering if there was a way to fix two things
looking at the car from the right side you can see what looks like a second "cat convertor" hangs real low in front of the rear wheels. im thinking to just get very strong exhaust hangers....would that do it? where can i get em? please someone...need some help or im forced to get oem sides for 400 dollars to stop this little pet peeve

 

It's a resonator.

 

so...what options do i have...it just creeps real low you can see it form the side of the car

 

If you're really that paranoid and you have money then take your car to an exhaust shop and have them replace the resonator with a low-profile resonator. The could even relocate the resonator closer to the cat if you wanted.
