I have a JDM B18C (OBD1) wired OBD2 JDM P72 ECU. I've researched & found that the USDM ECU would be a better match for my motor, so I want to know who is the best to go to for a custom chipped P28 ECU.. any suggestions??

 

Chip a p28 for uberdata, its not expensive.
