ok my timing belt just jumped to teeth on the intake side and i set it back and i timed it. ok well my idle is too low i think cuz once my car warms up the idle starts jumping up and down then eventually goes down and dies. should i adjust my throttle body to open it up a bit more or what? please help

BUMP. i need to fix it quick

 

ok found out it only dies if i downshift to a stop not if i just hold in the clutch and brake to a stop. what does that mean. it idles at about 1k but if i downshift it the tach keeps going down till it dies. please help
