91 Integra LS Charging Light Goes On And Off
I've got a 91 Integra LS that the battery charge light doesn't come on till i rev it past 2000k and goes back off when i go under 2000K
any help would be great!

IC! Since it might be the voltage regulator....does that explain why the voltage is reading 15V plus!?! could that harm your car if left alone
When charging the battery the charging voltage is normally higher than 12 V. It can go to 14-15 V. I'm not sure what the out of range would be on the high side for your alternator. I think I'd get worried around 18 V or higher though. CHeck with Autozone for that model of alternator. They should be able to give you the spec. for it as well as test it. If it is the regulator, you can typically pull the IC out of the alternator and replace it. I think they are like $20 on many,but don't quote me when your at Autozone.
