Default 02 Dropzone Civic Lowering Springs on a 04 Civic

Ok, this question is for my friend. He has an 04 Civic Coupe EX. He recently acquired some used aftermarket springs made by a company by the name of Dropzone. Now these springs were used in an 02 Civic with aftermarket shocks, which I don't know the name or brand of.

His question is, can he use these Dropzone springs on his 04 civic with his stock shocks? Would there be any complications? Would anything get in the way of it working. And knowing all the risks of a lowered car, would this set up be safe?

complications....yeah, the shittiest damn ride EVER. Dropzones cost $99 for a set of new ones for a reason. They're the *** of "coil sleeves". Tell your buddy to save his money and buy some decent ones.
