Hi as some of you already know i have a 1999 civic si, with 97k *highway miles*. Well i am interested in getting a turbo kit but there are so many kits out there i do not know what to look for. I want about 210-230 whp, under 3g's w/intercooler and a a/f controler. How much money would i be looking at for tuning? How much money would be a street legal *db wise* exhaust? Also any thing that I am over
looking. My goal was installed tuned and running for under 3g's, Sound like some thing that could happen?
