I need some info on what you guys did so that the header runner Dosent touch the crossmember. What tools did you guys use to mod the crossmember. I know that buying a full-race crossmember would be the easiest option, but Iam a lil bit tight on my budget right now TIA.

Mine installed just fine, with a good 2-3" clearance.
It drops right in, even with the A/C and fans in.
is the bottom section hitting the CM?
Do you have a stock cat, and exhuast?

See here is the thing, when I was installing the motor I put in the Dc header, after turning on the car there was lots of smoke filled up in my parking lot. When I took a look at the header it looked like that the down pipe was touching the CM just a lil bit. Or I might bee wrong cuz there was finger prints and grease on the header, It might of been burning of while the car was on Yah I have stock cat and a stock exaust as of righ now
