ok, my girl just bought me a short shifter kit off of ebay, But i have a few questions, i searched but im still kind of not SURE... What is Bushings and what is a Shift Adapter?? Because all i got in the box was the Rod and a shift ****.. NO bushings, no shift adapters... is it still OK to put it on without those 2 items?

oh yeah, its a honda civic 94 dx hatchback... im just confused about those two items...
