There actually rear foglights not reflectors and you don't need the whole bumper, you can just buy the foglights seperate and cut your own holes, unless you also want the longer license plate holder then you'll need the whole bumper.

The reason for the fog lights is cause when your reversing the fog lights are brighter then the white backup lights.

Here is mine on my CRX (not lit up though and the civic ones are IN the bumper unlike the crx ones)

That's not the reason at all. Rear fog lights are to make the car more visable from behind in rain/fog. Hence the name "fog light".

Yeah i'm pretty sure it just flashes red when activated...kinda like how people in the US put on their hazards during heavy rain/poor visibility.

That's just the way you have them hooked up...as if it were a stock USDM backup lamp.

The fog light doesn't blink. It's just a bright red light, brighter than a brake light. It is located on the left side of the car (right in UK). They are required in many (all?) nations in Europe.

Here's one of the bumper mount rear fogs that Hella sells:

It's always located on the driver's side if there's just one. Some cars have one on either side. It lights up the same wattage as the brake lights. Some cars use one of the actual brake lights as a fog light. When the fog switch is on the brake filament lights up constant instead of when the brakes are applied. Pleanty of cars in the US come with them, but most ppl have no idea what they are.

^^ Knows his stuff.
I have a set of fogs for you. You'll need to cut a hole yourself. It comes with the switch.
Remember...CIVIC!! Not crx.

i know what it is, but what stops him from putting it on his real JDM car compared to you putting it on your USDM car...the rear foglights are from europe...so you need someone to get it from europe, it looks like he just cut the holes in the bumper since the license plate isnt long like the rest...

some guy on ebay usually has edm parts up, just do a search for crx edm and civic edm and you'll find him...
