Yes, they'll fit the same.
As for the "yellow" lowering springs, Eibach springs will say "Eibach" on them. Otherwise I'd say some Neuspeed springs were yellow but these days there are so many crap-brand springs out there that mimic the look & color as big-name brand springs so it's hard to say unless there's a logo or marking on the spring.
