well the car is a 93 del sol si with the base greddy turbo kit(no ic).....the idle tends to jump betweet 1000 rpm and 2500 rpm.....i was told that it may be that the intake manifold is off of a del sol with an automatic transmission since the motor was rebuilt before i bought it...any help will be greatly appreciated

Have you tried searching for idle or surging yet? There are about 500 posts exactly like this in the archives. Noone's going to tell you anything different until you've at least started troubleshooting and ruled out a few of the potential problems.
