clicking noise

Default clicking noise

i have an 00 coupe.. ex and everytime i pull out in first, or go in reverse.. as soon as i let the clutch go i hear a clicking noise comming from the front left wheel well.. im guessing its cv joint... because it doesnt click all the time.. just when i pull out in first or reverse.. i would say cv joint because thats the only thing thats in the tranny.. any ideas?

I had the same problem a few weeks ago. It was suggested to me there was a rock stuck between the heat shield and rotor, I rode it and waited a few days, and sure enough the clicking went away. Because I had the same symptoms, clicked up to about 25mph, only while going straight, wouldnt do it if I turned, and after 25ish, wouldnt do it. Strange, but seems to have been the problem.

well sometimes the heat shield on the rotor bends a little and it is flimsy.. and it will tap the rotor everytime it goes around.
everytime i go off-roading it happends to me
