I ran a 14.7 when it was completely stock in a 91 crx si (pig) with all my tools, book bag. 3 quarts of oil. and a jug of anti freeze. NEver got back to the track with the header and obd1 conversion. I know its good for low 14's if oyou are a sweet driver like me jk
