ok- this is my edited vouch -- seen his work and looked good never installed any of his cf but i have installed his fiberglass bodykit and this is what happened --the first time i go in he tells me 75 for each piece he makes then i end up waiting 4 hours after i gave him a couple days notice i'd be there then charges me 90 because "he had to go get it from another dealer or some bs"knowin i just made an hour trip and wasnt going home empty handed especially after waiting so ******* long - he makes it up after not charging me tax -so my 4 hours of time is only worth 5 dollars? the front was a 1inch too wide but i forced that mother on it has a lip tho that looks a little funky by my headlight tho were i forced it -- but the side skirts is what pissed me off enough to change my vouch ---that and the customer service - i get there buy the skirts and like 70 dollars worth of other crap -i take the skirts home and im putting on the mesh in the back vent and i **** you not i just touch it no pressure what so ever - it wasnt llike i man handled it or anything i just touched it and it flaked off a layer of fiberglass,then i go to mount the ******* and one has a fat gap between the bottom of the fender and the skirt ,you can tell this is were someone grinded down the excess fiberglass too much -but i know you get what you pay for -i didnt even complain tho -even tho everyone was like thats crap take it back, i didnt -now im stuck with side skirts i gotta make a lip on plus fill in 2 holes -one on each skirt on the second one i was being careful as all hell cuz of the first one and it still was so thin in the back i put a hole -all i asked for from this guy to make it up to me was the sale price still (he said the sales over even tho the first time i went in the sale was going until christmas)that was asking to much and his response was a body shop will fix that ..wait a bodyshop wtf does me taking my car to a bodyshop have anything to do with the crappy sideskirts he sold me -sure they'll fix whatever i pay them to fix i shouldnt have to pay someone to fix it ... and when i asked him about the quality(the holes that were made when i touched it) -thinking fine wants to play the whole "body kits are meant for professional installation card" he doesnt say anything but makes sure he quotes my vouch for him after telling him i was gonna retract my vouch if he didnt make it right then signs off so i say **** phase one motorsports -230 for a hood ? spend the 100 extra and get a vis hood you'll know will be good quality from a professional shop that'll address you customer complaints instead of just signing off. sorry bout the long post but im pist that he didnt try to make the situation any better -- heres our last conversation --

i learned my lesson dont try and buy cheap crap --im gonna go out and buy me the real buddyclub back bumper cuz i know if i spent the little extra i wont have to spend hours with my dremel trying to get it to fit and then still have to force it on with some funky gaps if anyone wants pics ill post em up -anyone got that bumper for a 98 civic hit me up

Well first of all, you don't even know wtf your talking about. If you had problems with the sideskirt you should of call or return the sideskirt. Second of all the sale was for a weekend, and Im sorry about the wait. Third wtf are you complaining about? it was $90. Fouth those sideskirts fit perfect everytime. I got $20 here say that i can install those sideskirt on perfectly. I install those same sideskirts over 50 times bro. WTF do you know about installing bodykits. I've install its since day one with VIS bro. I know the owner for 10 years. Even VIS say that there product don't fit evenly. You want perfect go get oem. I got front page car left and right. Go to SP-power.com, look for the EG on superstreet. Yes our bodyshop painted that car. We also painted that Top secret IS300 with the turbo JDM swap. So let me know what im doing wrong. We strive for customer satifaction. Don't go around and talk smack about us if you don't even know wtf your talking about.

He isn't talking smack, he is posting his experience. And another forum member asked about a vouche"Experience,dealing with" you so you cant flame on a customers experience with you.

Also paint has nothing to do with body work, either you paint bentleys, or front page cars. Your topic is totally off, for expecting to explain yourself. You should thoroughly type your thoughts out carefully especially for a sponsor like you trying to sell.

Sounds shady to me.... Honestly, if you were truely about customer service, you would make sure he wasn't unhappy, as MANY MANY shops i have dealt with have. If **** goes wrong, you fix it. Simple as that. His review lost you at least one customer right here.

He never came back or asked to exchange them, I would exchange the kit with a quikness I sell 3 containers a month and he's the only one to have a complaint. On top of all this i dont have time to deal with someone who contradicts them selves if you look i posted his statement on <U>11/30</U>. Than the next day he pm me saying if i didnt sell him a kit for cheap he would write a bad review. Sorry i dont do blackmail.

 

actually i didnt install the skirts until earlier this week they were just sitting in my garage - and the skirts fit fine -theres no complaint about the length i have a complaint about the gap it has on one of them and the layers of fiberglass that flacked off to the touch and i was talking to you about how i have a complaint you just logged off so wtf you think im gona post ?!

 

btw the post on 11/30 was for the front bumper not the sides im not contradicting myself anywas ill post pics up next week

 

lol-yea first off your right you get what you pay for . 2nd you can install them put there still gonna have a gap -- i never said i couldnt get the ******* on .i know i know your the bodykit guru and i know it does take a rocketscientest to line up and drill holes .3rd wtf still instead of posting something to try and make the customer a little bit happy he insults me --you have a problem with our bodykits well your a ******* idiot cuz i know there all perfect -its coo tho everyone who reads this post will know about the service

-8K headlight kit
-Takata harness
-Bride style racing seats
-Sparco seat rails
-CF mugen lip (not in photo)
-CF shift ****
-JDM Mugen steering wheel (real deal not fake)
-Tien suspension (flex)
-I trust them to tune and work on my fully built GSRTurbo bored out to a 1.9 and head fully built and stamped by JG.
-HKS SQV blowoff valve.
-HKS turbo timer
-monster ground kit
-AEM fuel rail
-RC injectors 750cc
-full XS turbo kit
I've never had a problem with anyone from there.It sounds like to me like your whining and crying about something you should have called about before you go on the forum and started bitching. Ohh yeah i want to thank Bill for the KING TACO when i was getting my stuff installed.

but then again, a million guys have turbo (including myself) and that car reminds me ofthe fast and furious a bit too much

Ive been going to phase 1 for quite some time now ive had no trouble with any parts or attitude from anyone there. Mostly all my stuff that ive gotten on my car i bought from them and at times there was no hesitation from any of them to help with any of my installs. I have purchased the folowing items :A momo steering wheel hub, bride steering wheel, ground wireing kite, progress loworing springs, shifter with pedals. Through out all of these little things there customer service treated me like i was putting 10g worth of parts. So anyone who says there customer servise is wack there on crack and winnie little bitches. They are at this moment helping me get my 1992 nissan sentra ready for a sr 20 swap. They were more than willing to go out of there way just to help me out with the motor. Kevin thanks for the advice on the crew.
