Default Buddy Club coilover

I have tried the search button, but no one seems to have a lot of experience with them

Anyone has experience with them? Any problem in terms of reliability issues?

I am currently on TEIN but wants some stiffer suspension for track, TEIN just couldn't handle higher spring rate, Any input is welcome.

No off the shelf shock is good for racing and high spring rates. You will need to have the valving set gto match the rates you want to run.

the buddy clubs are sprung at something like 10kg/mm front 6kg/mm rear (at least for the racing spec dampers for the bb6). not sure how much more they can handle before a revalve, but i know the zeal s6 is stiffer from the factory.

what chassis?

I've got 12K's on the rear and they can handle a lot more still.

And you need to search a little harder...this exact question has been asked on teh BC's several times

mine came stock with 14 front 10 rear...switched to 500 front 550 rear. The dampers can probably handle 800-900 lbs quite nicely

I've been running 650/800 (roughly equivalent to 12/14) on my DE car with no trouble. Might want to check with Dave at R&D for more info in these coilovers. As I recall they went as high as 18k on the rear of their H1 car. But I could be mistaken.

For the record, I love mine. I run the Racing Spec Dampers with "higher" rates on a DC2 Integra Type R.

Thank you guys!!

I think I'll go with Buddy Club since they can handle higher spring rate without revalving
