What else do I need..........?
Currently building a DIY ITB setup for my B16, which has CTR pistons and cams. I have adjustable FPR and Apexi SAFC to tune it with, as this is my hobby/project car, its on a budget, so no hondata etc.
What I want to know is, do I need to chip my ECU aswell, if so whats the best way to go about it?

No, you won't need to chip the ECU, but if you do chip it, then I'd suggest running Uberdata instead of the S-AFC. In fact, selling the S-AFC will allow you to cover the cost of chipping it and buying a chip burner for Uberdata. Of course, if your ECU isn't OBD-I, you'll need to add in the cost of an ECU and a conversion harness.
I am OBD1 and have a spare p30 ecu, so I should be ok.
When tuning with the FPR and SAFC, I was intending to wind the fuel presure up and then lean it out with the SAFC if it too rich, am I on the right track? In doing this, I wondered if this would bring on the ECU light, thats why I thought having a chipped ECU would get round it?

You shouldn't have a problem with a check engine light because of the S-AFC, but if you're already OBD-I, I'd definitely suggest selling the S-AFC and running Uberdata instead. You'll probably end up with some money left over too.
I dont know much about Uberdata, its not that popular over here in the UK. What does it involve and what would I need? also what are the advantages. As I'm doing this on a budget I dont want to be paying for hours and hours on the rollers.
