Sounds like a left CV axle went out to me. Look under the car, on the left side under the front wheel. Where the axle meets the hub, there will be a rubber boot that should be free of any cracks. If there is a crack/tear or anything looks thrashed, I'm 100% sure it's your cv axle (or joint, but on these cars, the entire axle can be picked up from a junkyard for like $30-$50 or refurbished at Auto Zone for about $60-$80) It's unlikely you would have to pay much more than that. I have changed cv axles, both on non-integra, seperate cars, but this is a fwd, so the setup should be similar. I had the exact symptoms you have (clicking, etc.). If it only does it while turning then, this is def. your problem. I can explain the install procedure, but you are better off getting an online faq or a chiltons manual to show you how to change it out. It's not too hard at all, you need a certain press to get the hub away from the axle, but you can rent those. I hope this helps, and the best of luck to you.
Sorry for two threads in a row, but I found this page at a suburu website that's very comprehensive and has pics for every step. It SHOULD be similar to the replacement of your cv axle, but I would still trust a shop repair manual anyway. Check it out:

do i need a "certain press"
as one of the earlier post mentioned-
i already bought a haynes manual and will read up about it-
anyone have experience- thats the most important thing-
if its realatively simple- i will get nice and dirty

Look at my last post (two up) and click that link to see it done on a suburu. Follow the haynes. Once you get the bolt unloosened, you take this press (see above link for a picture of it) and pull the brake/hub assembly away from the axle itself. Next take a large screwdriver, and place it betweem the tranny and axle and literally push the screwdriver with your foot (or hand if it is loose). The axle with literally pop out and oil will drain out, so have an oil pan ready underneath the car. The installation is the reverse procedure. If all else fails, go to google.com and type "cv axle replacement" or something to that extent, and tons of websites will pop up that can help.

It could also be your steering rack, check to see if you have steering fluid leaking so check if its low. I had that same sound and I though it was the CV but after a thorough check I needed a whole steering rack replacement as it was pissing alot of steering fluid. Hope this helps, at least if its not your CV good chance then that this is what it might be.
If you have a buddy that did it before make sure he helps you cuz if it your first time I wouldn't do it. But if your with following directions, do it. It isn't hard at all.
check cv joint...also something \very stupid but who knows maybe its right up ur alley(happened to me) check ur lug nuts. If they aren't tightened all the way ...they'll amke a clicking sound
