Default Type-R crankpully?

OK, I know that at some time you were able to get the R without power steering. What I'm looking for is the crankpully for one that only has the A/C and alt. pully grooves. Anyone know where I can one or if anyone knows what I'm talking about? Thanks

The ITR ALWAYS had P/S. A/C was optional here and in japan.

Is there a B series engine that didn't come with P/S? i want to use a crank pully that doesn't have one, that won't throw out my balance on my crank assembly. I have a '95 GSR bottem end w/pistin/rods and a B16 head.

am i missing something??? having the extra slot on the crank pulley shouldn't throw anything out of balance. Just run without the belt - no biggy. If you are concerned about the weight, then get Unorthodox underdrive pulleys (you can buy the crank seperately, but I like the entire kit myself.)

To my knowledge there was no b series engine that came w/o power steering.

My suggestion to you is to get an unorthodox street pulley and have the ps ring
machined off and rebalanced.

Yes, if I'm not mistaken Honda uses it on the N1 Civic Type-R's. This crank pulley is pre-balanced from the factory and weighs a mere 1.8 pounds. It does not have any A/C or powersteering. Also, unlike most aftermarket crank pulleys, it has all timing marks...just like your factory pulley.

that would be correct. R&D has them on order (back order for like the past year).

The CTR N1 Pulley Has only the alternator Groove on it, No PS or AC
