Default OEM EF side skirts and rear lip

Just ordered them in from Europe. They are brand new from Honda.
I'll post pics as soon as they come in!

Wondering if anyone has some pics of their cars with the side skirts and rear lip, or of pics of other cars with the skirts.

Thanks...

The side skirts should fit perfectly. Im curious to see if the rear lip fits as nicely. Is the Euro rear lip the exact same as the JDM one?

Not sure what they will land at but I'm expecting $900 or so Canadian.

I didn't know that the rear bumpers were different. Will it be hard to fit the JDM or the EDM 90-91 rear lip on the 89 rear bumper??? Hopefully I can make it work. Maybe with some heating up it will go on.

Anyone have any tips, ideas...and/or pics?

I work at Evolution here in Toronto. We work on all sorts of makes of cars but we specialize in alot of VW and Honda stuff. So, every year my boss goes out to ESSEN in Germany. Theres a big show there in November so he goes to pickup new parts that come out and to make new hook ups.

I asked him to go to the dealer for me and order brand new pieces. Can't wait to see them. If anyone is interested I can order more, through one of our suppliers in Germany, they'll pick up the parts from the dealer for us and just ship it down to us with our shippments. We have shippments from Germany every month anyway.

Well, it all depends. I know here in the states that if u try and put a JDM lip on a 88-89 USDM bumper, it ends up being too long. The JDM and USDM bumpers are different. Are canadian bumpers the same as US ones?

Don't know if the bumpers are the same. Is this something that could be modified by my body shop perhaps. Now that I'm getting them they have to work on the car. No matter what, these lips are going on.

They will complete the car! I have the JDM front bumper and now the sides and rear lips. Then the 161822 Carbon fiber rear JDM spoiler with the VIS carbon SIR hood with Vision carbon mirrors. IT WILL LOOK GREAT! Kepp in mind the car is gunmetal with gunmetal Type R rims!

Thanks guys for all your help.

Crazy??? Why are they ok to deal with. Has anyone dealt with them yet?
I didn't go carbon front and sides just because one they don't have the rear lip in carbon. And alos...I wanted to keep the lower part black to match the moldings.

So I got the rear lips today.

WOW!!! What a difference.

Ok, what I basically need is to fit the rear lip on some kind of bumper. Should I order one from Germany, I can do that.
My only concern is I have 88-89 molding in the front and on the sides of my car so I would like to have the same molding in the rear.

What do I do, order the 88-89 bumper from Germany to fit this lip? Order the 90-91 rear bumper? Does the 90-91 rear bumper have the same molding as our 88-89???

Someone please help...

Here in the states, the 88-89 bumper has the same style as the JDM one.

yes, but will the 90-91 rear lip fit the USDM 88-89 rear bumper???

And also, does the USDM 88-89 rear bumper have the same molding style as the Canadian 88-89 bumper, the molding with the slot in it for the pin strip?

YES.

About your other question, i doubt it. The USDM bumper has no lip and never came with one. Its a bit 'shorter' than the JDM one, which is why u would have to cut the lip if u want to add one, or else it would hang off the end.
