How do I set my STR (new style) cam gears back to 0,0?

Thanks

loosen the cam gear bolts on either the intake or exhaust side. Only loosen one cam gear at a time. with the bolts or screws loose, use a 19mm socket and turn the crank pulley bolt slowly while looking at the cam gear. if the gears move farther away from the 0 mark when u turn the crank, then u need to turn the crank in the other direction. once this cam gear is done, tighten up the bolts and do the same for the other cam gear.

Thanks! I want to set them to zero because for some reason around 5500 rpm I have no power. The car just stalls. The guy who installed them set them himself to advance either the intake or exhaust cam 2 degrees and the other was retarded 3 degrees.
