I am using a set of ITBs from this bike and as I recall the fuel rail has only an inlet feed. They are at the welder's shop right now, so I can't look at them. Is this right?? If so where does the return line and FPR attach?? Or is it a "returnless" system?
Thanks,
Ken

For some reason I cannot get my browser to find that site; using both Firefox and IE. I was hoping that someone from here could set me straight.
From what I recall the inlet comes into the middle of the rail.

ya, the 1000's have the inlet in the center, and the 750 and 600 have the inlet on the side. i thought this was the main difference in the fuel rails, but i have never owned one so i cant say for sure.
i can't get to gixxer.com from work, when i get home i will do a little searching and ask a friend if he has the shop manual for his 1000
what year bike did those throttle bodies come from?

hmmm, i cant to gixxer.com either from any of my machines. or different browsers, odd
anyway found some parts diagrams, there is no return line or regulator in any of them, maybe the fuel pressure is regulated by the pump itself? still waiting on some peeps to get back to me on the service manual, i will post up if i get anymore info. for now this is what i got:
note #16 is the fuel line, no return line like my bike has:
http://www.ronayers.com/fiche/...p.cfm
and the fuel rail, my bike has the regulator right where the fuel line meets the rail, none on this diagram:

and the big list of parts digrams:

Aaron, is your fuel pressure regulator located on the rail itself?? Or is it in the tank?
