Hey everyone, ive been reading on this forum for awhile now, but this is my first post.

I have a 89 Civic Hb SOHC, 4 speed manual. No clue what kind of engine it has.

Anyways, the right side drive axle is snapped right at the joint part before it goes to the wheel. I have the brakes, everything off, i got the axle to move inwards a inch or so, now i cant get it to slip towards the tranny anymore so i can get it out. What do i have to do? im about to just cut the shaft in half with my air cutter.

thanks , i just gotta come up with the $60 for the new one, i get a discount for it if i order it threw the auto class im in at the trade school.
