Default MSD plug wires...need help.

I just got my MSD super conductor wires. There are five wires in the box. There is one that doesnt have a plug on one end and looks like im supposed to do it myself. Whats up with that. The directions are really crappy and i cant figure it out and dont wanna ruin it.

hmmm, thats weird... What plug would it be? The distributor end or the spark plug end? I know the 5th wire is suppose to be for the external coil but it should still have plugs on both ends i thought.

I think you might be talking about the conductor wire that goes from your dist. cap to an external coil or box

edit: I see, you meant there's no boot at all.

yeah ur suppose to crimp on the head of your choice, because incase you are running something other than a factory coil, like a blaster ss, it would need a new head anyway. but its easy to crimp on

yeah i seriously looked at this thing for about 40 minutes and im really not sure how to go about doing this. It doesnt really match up with the diagrams that the instructions have or they are just really crappy. I cant see the boot fitting over the connector with out pulling something apart. I dunno. any other tips or advice.

one thing is for sure, if your engine starts sounding like a subaru, check the wires because they suck at fitment and doing their job.

zip tie the boots to the cap. they like to pop off.
