h23 Vtec pleae help

h23 Vtec pleae help
OK i have a h23 in my accord. and i want to add VTEC to it. so i am going to put on a h22 head but i need some help some one told me i would need a H22 Water Pump, water Neck, and the oil squirters. i bought a blow up h22 with 2 holes in the block. but the head is fine any one know what are all the parts i will need to make this work also I know I will need a good head gasket but do I buy one for a h23 or a h22? also do i need a H22 Oil Pump or will my stock one work
