intake manifold gasket

its for a stock b18b, when i took off my existing gasket, it was 3 layers, but when i went to honda to buy a new gasket, they only gave me the layer in the middle. i was wondering if i would need the other two gasket parts.. sorry if this seems like a stupid ques

tion. TIA

what are the thickness of the the old vs new ....?

IM gasket of b-series has only one layer unless someone previous owned the car replaced with multiple layers to act as an insolutor....

call Honda dealer....ask them why...they should know
