Default a/f gauge problems!

Alright, this is supposed to be easy so I dont know why Im having problems. Autometer A/F gauge has three wires; red, black and purple. Red and black are power and ground. Done. Purple is signal which I ran to the primary o2 sensor. The white wire is the signal wire. I traced that wire to the next harness where it turns red. I spliced and soldered in the connection. And the gauge still does not work. It reads green all the time and does not move. Autometer tech says its not getting signal. I know the gauge reads volts from .1 to 1 volt, but for some reason my sensor is putting out 3.318 volts giving the full reading all the time. What the **** is going on? Do the 2000 accords use 5v sensors? Im trying to get this figured out ASAP. I have the PLX wideband conversion coming in soon, but I dont know if its gonna work now. Sorry for the long post, but this is driving me crazy.

Oh then I tried finding the wire going into the ECU , but i cant seem to find it(supposed to be white?). If anyone has the pin diagram for the 2000 ex-ulev accords please post!!!
