i thought you were supposed to attach the af purple wire somewhere on your o2
but i heard that doesn't give you an accurate reading

i believe black is ground, red is power, and purple connects to your o2 sensor. i have never done this myself, and i am just going off the top of my head.

OH MY GOD! Dude, you put the red wire to the positive accessory, negative to a common ground, purple to the white wire from your O2 sensor. You can hook the positive to your radio fuse. Make sure to NOT ground out the purple wire or it will burn up the gauge. Have fun, be careful.

yes o2 in the exhaust...
it is recommended to run the wire into the engine bay and splice into the white wire behind the first clip, BUT... it is much more easy and just as inaccurate if you hook it up at the ecu. d14 should do it. try a search, i know the info is out there!!

i hooked mine up to my the o2 sensor before the cat because it gives you a "more accurate" reading.....that's what I was told....

Take it off the ECU, its easier and is going to give the same lame light show. Either way its not really accurate.
