Im looking to get 4 new tires for my 94 Coupe 5spd 15inch wheels and im not sure what to get. Im looking for a tire that handles extremely well in the rain has excellent tread life cause its my daily driver and i drive ALOT. I like to do sum fun driving from time to time so handleing is important also and the way it looks is important also. But my biggest thing im looking for is how it handles in the rain. My car is completely stock suspension so im not worried bout uneven tire wear. So my fellow Accord drivers what tires are you running? Looking for both positive and negitive feedback on all tire brands. Looking to stay under $100 per tire. Any help would be appreciated.

Me ... I am running Sumitomo HTR+ on my new Accord. Had them on my Acura Type S and got about 30K miles out of them. Seemed great in the rain here in NorCal. Plus they're pretty cheap. Check 'em out if they have your size.
i suggest Dunlop SP5000s in a 205 55 15 inch size from personal experience. The RE950s would not be a bad choice either. If you don't want to spend alot of money i would suggest the Dunlop SPa2s in the stock size.
I just picked up a couple of Michellin Destiny's, they are fine. Treadwear = 740 if I remember right, temperature = B, traction = A.
Michelin makes the same tire with different names for different stores, the Destiny is only sold by Discount Tires, I believe that they are the same as Sam's Club's Michellin Radial. Cost for the Destiny ran ~ $230 for two, with everything included (disposal, mounting, lifetime balance and rotation, roadhazard warranty, etc).
By the way, the tire pictured above is a direction tire, don't cross rotate it if you get it (my '99 Accord's owner's manual recommends a rotation as follows: Fronts straight back, backs crossed to the front).

Toyo Proxies TPT I think is what they are. They are great and they have a 65,000 mile warrenty although I haven't had them that long so I don't know if they really last that long.

I agree, they are great all-season tires. I had them on my Accord before and loved them. They did great in the dry, the wet and good in the snow. I also had Kumho Supra 712's and didn't really care for them. I plan on trying the Yokohama ES100's next summer on my Civic. I run snow tires during the winter months.
Do you get any snow where your from? Are you looking for an all-season tire or summer only tire?

then don't get the Kumho Supra 712 or the Yokohama ES100's, they aren't rated for snow.
Try going onto TireRack and put in the size tire your looking for as well as the all-season requirement and see what turns up. Then look at the reviews from both TireRack and from the consumer to see what you think would best suite you.

Bridgestone B381 ($67)
Firestone Firehawk Indy 500 ($51)
Yokohama Avid T4 ($43)

I used to run the Firestone Firehawk SS20's on my 97 Nissan Altima. Loved them to I just want to try something different.
