Or if you have the 96 civic lca's you can use those and you wont have to grind anything....

The front suspension will bolt up with no problems. The only thing is that 96+ suspensions don't have the bracket that holds the brake lines, and 92-95 does, but its no biggie if you just have your line floating.
The rear lower forks are more narrow than your stock rear lca's. I believe the only way to make them work is to grind your rear lca bushing down so that the rear lower fork will fit over the control arm. I think 96+ lca's are shorter than 92-95's so I don't think you can just use a 96-98 lca.
I know from experience all this except i'm not 100% sure about the 95-95 and 96+ lca lengths, but I'm pretty sure the 96+ is shorter.

The LCA's are NOT the same. The 96-00 civic's have a unique LCA design that is not interchangable with other civic, crx, del sol & integras. If possible, I would avoid grind your bushing sleeves, and use integra, 92-95 civic, or del sol struts. If your grinding isn't perfectly parallel, you will have extra twisting forces on your LCAs when you bolt it all together. I would do that as a ghetto rig, to keep the car running while I sourced the proper parts (which means new struts & LCA's if you do this
).

well since this is about 96 suspension fitting the 5th gen civics..
will a comptech front sway bar that's designed for the 96 civics fit my 95 coupe? i'm highly doubted it, but i figured it doesn't hurt to ask

It will "IF" you have the matching LCA's. The 6th gen's front sway mounting, at the LCA, is different. I'm pretty sure the LCA geometry is the same in the front as a 5th gen though (I have not done this personaly
