Help with blue wire on dizzy

92 hatch vx with b16.. blue wire off dizzy goes know where? stock tach does not work........ Anyone help? i wanna get this blue wire hooked to somthing so i have a tach!

could but its 33 outside right now..so its alittle cold for that. plus i got it fixed
