I have an AEM CAI for my GSR engine, the filter is pretty dirty and it has scratches all over it like it scrapped the ground, i'm wondering if i should clean it ith a recharge kit, or should I just buy a new filter like a 2.5" K&N Filter. If I clean it would it perform just like it did when it was brand new or should i just buy a new one??

 

As long as there is no hole in it or it isnt smashed then it should be fine with a recharge.
