car: 95 honda accord
motor: H22A4 2000

i have been have problems with my idle(very sporadic), when i get on the gas, it hesitates some times( other times its great), and today i put my ear next to the dist. while it was running and heard like a wierd noise. i went to get some help and found out my dist. is arking! i then checked the timimg and it was way advanced! i put it back to 0, and my car will not idle right, up and down, up and down. also when i hold the timing light on the marks it moves with the idle, is my dist bad? please let me know! thanks

yeah its messed up because mines doing the same thing its two sensors inside the distributor

 

is probably the dizzy, i got a new one from distributorking.com he has an ebay store way cheaper than honda
