a friend of mine just picked up a 04 toyota scion coupe and he wants to race my 95 gsr. i haven't raced him yet because we've had some snow here this past weekend. anyways, what are the specs of this scion (i thinks it's a premiun model with factory 17" rims and all). i'd like to know more of what i'll be going up against. from what i know so far, i am still looking good...i hope...160 hp, redlines at a little over 6k...and it's kindda ugly! j/k!

The tC looks nice, but is heavier and has less power than a GS-R. GS-R's are capable of 15 flat ET's stock with a really good driver, and I HIGHLY doubt a tC would be able to touch that.

 

i work at a toyota dealership and i believe its 160 hp with 2.4l and weighs like 2905 lbs beat it i think youll take it by a car or two

 

what type the xb the tc or what????i beat a TC twice in an ls....driver must have been week....u should eat the scion either way

Those things are freaking slow as hell....i test drove one. It is very cheaply made interior wise like a standard civic but much more in price

 

the tc tested better than a stock rsx which is definatley better than a civic, and goes for only 16,995 or something, not that i like the car but it definately isnt junk

 

Thats a lot of torque. It may not be fast but with some mods it could be.

I've seen my friend race his 01 GSR against another friends 05 tC, the tC got smoked.

 

my ls beat my friends 05tc and it was no contest hands down and my car isnt heavily modded(yet)
