Good compression for a power adder?
i assume turbo'ing or s/c'ing a Type R is not good because it has high compression?
What would be the ideal CR for power adding on an import? I know on domestics, if you want boost you've gott run a 8.5:1 no questions.
I see people here consider 9.5:1 acceptable... what's the norm? Are the Honda engines so well built that you don't have to worry about detanation sooner?
I hope i'm not a pain, just tryin to learn why.
