Default Tilted hatchback

what would cause a eg hatch to still be slightly higher on the passenger side if the frame is straight.. ( had a wreck three years ago) replaced struts and springs are fine..
To make it more interesting I put it on stands and its level all the way around so I know that it has something to do with the suspension just the fact of what??

was the car hit on the pass side in the wreck?

could have jarrd something in the suspension.

it could be a number of things besides the frame being bent

I think most all cars are like that. Your not really going to have it exactly level on every side 1/8th of an inch is about common.

The best info. that you can get right now is to take it to a trustworthy body shop.

Sorry but that's all we can do.

Body shop fixed it already, the damage was done from me smacking a curb to avoid hitting some dumb *** that turned in front of me.. The reason being for the body shop not fixing it is because I asked him only to get the body straight and I'll do the rest do to the funds that was available to me at that time.. would post pics but my scanner is down as of now

Every Civic I've ever seen sits a little lower on the drivers side if it doesn't have coilovers. The constant extra weight on the drivers side makes it sit a little lower.

don't take it to the dealer, they charge like 40 bucks just to have someone look at it. take it to a good local body shop and they should be able to give you a estimate.

I hope that's true. Mine sits maybe half an inch higher on the front passenger side and it looks like it's just a bit higher than the rear is..My car was smacked in the front before though.

Are you on springs or coilovers? I'm getting new coilovers just to make it a bit more even.

So what should I do, raise the driver side a little or lower the passenger side a little?

I've had several different sets of springs already. Same thing.

Anyone know what corner should I raise or lower? I put on some coilovers and when they are all set even on the sleeve it still sits the same.

Raise the front drivers, I lowered my whole pass side. Or have your car on a level surface and have someone measure the wheel well height from the ground then figure from there what you have to lift or lower.
