i bought a 95 honda accord ex MT christmas of 03 . I blew the motor may of 04 and had a new one put in.i went to a honda specialist and i asked for a h22 swap.Thgey said that the motor would not give me much more power i laughed at them and told them to do waht they could.They called me later and said they found a f22b motor in japan and could have it shipped here.It was actually going to be cheaper than getting a f22b1 motor from here. so i said ok.i got the motor in and it drives like a dream. Ive already put down a 240 w/cam and an 04 civic si.Allso plenty of civics and geo storms.But i cant find much info on the motor.I found one site that said that the motor came out of some of the JDM accord.And im just trying to find some hp and trq # on it.Ive already got intake and exhaust and was also wonderind what i should do next to get some serious horse power.There is this Ford Probe with a mazda mellenia motor in it that is whoopin *** at school.But he just barely beats me.With about 20 or so more ponies i could take him.I know for sure im getting a dc sports ceramic header new cat and 2.25" piping all the way back to my magnaflow muffler but would pulleys and cam gear help plus i need help with ignition parts.
