b16 not starting...have power but just a hum when i turn the key?

b16 not starting...have power but just a hum when i turn the key?

the b16a1 wouldn't start this morning...i have power I checked all my connections and grounds both at battery and at the starter side. and I've never had any starting issues before

now when I turn the ignition i just hear a humm and there is no cranking, ticking, or anything. what's going on??

pull the starter off and test it manually.

you mean just rotate it and see?

bench test it, run wires off a good battery and test it

put the car in gear and rock the car back and forth and i mean you have to push hard, then try and starting it. if it doesnt start try push starting, if that doesnt work then you know its not the starter.
