Valentine One Stealth Install Integra (Let's see 'em)
I decided to take the plunge and purchase a Valentine One Radar Locator along with the Concealed Display unit. https://store.valentine1.com/store/
I have a '94 GSR and my plan is the mount the V1 unit somewhere on the front windshield near the rearview mirror for optimal front and rear exposure. I am not sure where to mount the Concealed Display unit but would like something well-integrated into the instrument panel or somewhere on the steering column. I have heard of people mounting them where the clock goes, but, I like my clock, and having it up high and in the center of the dash kills some of the stealth and would make me take my eyes off the important stuff to look at it.
So...if you have a V1 stealth set up in a gen3 integra, I would like to see what you got and how you did it. I will be sure to write up a detailed post of how my install goes....yo.

Valentine One has a patented warning system relying on both forward- and rearward-facing radar antennas (front and rear laser sensors too).
Thanks for the warning though !

Having the unit mounted high like that will reduce it's laser effectiveness. Assuming the cops aim for the license plate (a nice reflective target) then I believe spec is that the side lobes from the beam are only spread to 18 inches from center at 500 ft. Therefore you want your laser detection as close to the height of the plates as possible.
