I just bought a indiglo gauges ........how much do they charge if i let someone professional install the gauges...i try to installed the gauges ohh men i went through a lot of troubles doing it ...my battery died or short circuit and i needed a jump start.....i probably did a negative to positive. bad day arghhhhh

anyone knows firstone,goodyyear, midas install this???????

 

I don't believe any tire shops will do that. Or Midas. Perhaps a private mechanic. It really isn't that hard to do. Just remove certain screws, pull of the bezel thing, unscrew the gauge cluster, unhook the connections and pull it out. Take off the gauge cluster cover and slide the gauges on. A service manual (chilton's, hanes) would help you out.

 

It is not rocket science. Just put the gauges in and then hook up the positive to a hot lead and the negative to a ground. that is all.

 

well i cant find my positive 12 volt in my accord 95....i dont know which wire to put my positive (red) wire .....the black wire is negative that means ground so i can just put it on anywhere there is metal......i tryied looking for the power source for my headlight but i cant find it .....anyone have a wiring diagram for headlights for accord 95 please post,......

private mechanic? i believe midas intall gauges......i am going to ask them tomorow....i dont want to mess my it up again....too much trouble for me....
