difference in feeling between detonation and misfire

difference in feeling between detonation and misfire
as the topic says . whats the difference in the way the car feels? im trying to determine which it is . it does it at 12 lbs but not at 10 lbs . but at 12 lbs before it never did it....so im trying to see what is going on. any help would be great thanks.
