Need help: car bogging out
long story short, i got a 95 GSR w/ a LS Vtec swap (GSR head). Earlier on the day, the car would bog out on first gear. If i give it some gas, the RPM would go down slowly then it would pick up fast. The CEL would come on but then it would go away. I wanted to pull the codes but would i be able to pull codes since the CEL went away?
On that note, since LS/VTEC was swapped into this motor; would you still be able to do a normal diagnostics on this motor? Im only concerned since LS/VTEC isnt factory standard.
I was thinking that the problem might of been the PCV hose, from both the valve cover and the intake piping... they were vented in the air w/o any breather.
