Newbie here... secondary o2 question.
Ok I've tried searching this but havent had too much luck. I've got a 97 ex and my CEL is on due to the secondary o2 sensor. I have a high-flow cat and I'm pretty sure its sending a message to the ecu saying the cat isnt working. I've heard of a couple ways to bypass the secondary o2 sensor such as tying it to the shif-linkage "letting it breathe," buying the connector which trick's it, and I've also heard of cutting the "memory wire" on the sensor. I cannot find the "memory wire" and cant afford to buy the bypass mechanism. Can anyone tell me which wire is for memory or any other advice? I hear 97+ obdII sensors are really tricky.
Thanks
This is my first post so I'll brace myself for a 3rd degree.

Well I guess thats not too bad... $50 is worth it to see that CEL turn off. Thanks for the link!
