Coolant inside cylinder?
it could be minor. its one of 3 things
1. cylinder head cracked
2. cylinder sleve cracked
3. blown head gasket
ither way the head has to come off good luck

Just one cylinder? Small rupture in the headgasket is probably to blame; a relatively easy fix in my opinon. If it's a sleeve, time for long-term boost plans

After you shut the car off, the coolant is still under a shitload of pressure. If there's a rupture in the gasket, coolant will pour into the most readilly available expansion chamber, be it your radiator, your overflow bottle or your cylinder. How did you discover this catastrophy? I ask because cranking a flooded cylinder is a wonderful way to bend valves and/or rods.

started the car one morning and entire car was shaking. i thought it was misfiring or broken mount, turned the car off, and few minutes later started pulling spark plug wires and one cylinder was completely filled.
car was loosing coolant every now and then prior to this
