My guess would be around 300 lbs... just a guess, though.
I know a fully assembled H22 w/ tranny is a little over 400 lbs, and I think a B-series tranny is around 85 lbs.

I would assume the same. After messing with a few H22 swaps, I saw that the full H22 swap was only about 15-20lbs more than a B-series.
Doing the math:
400 - 85 = 315 (For the H22 without a tranny)
315 - 15 or 20 = 295 to 300 or so pounds.
Yes, the H22 tranny is just about the same as the B-series one. At least it felt that way when it was balanced on my chest during the swap
