Just finished getting the car painted, the color is chevy arctic white, please take it easy on me

Why did you leave the roof black?

 

get the 99-00 tails they'll flow better, IMO.

 

we painted it black, just something diff. around here in jax (i know, not the rest of the world), and i've wanted to do that for a long while, before it came the fad, so i decided not to change my mind on it..

and yes, the 99-00 tails would look a lot better, i miss mine, but they kinda got shattered a while back, and a friend gave me her 96-98's....but hopefully one of these days, i'll rock the red/clears again

 

i like it except for the roof

Is it just me though, or does there seem to be a bit of a gap from the hood to the grill?

 

its not just you, i still need to adjust the latch a little bit from when i had a carbon fiber hood , i've just gotten really lazy lately, thank you for all the kind words

i didn't paint a carbon fiber hood, the hood is a stock hood, i used to have a carbon fiber one until it made out with my windshield leaving my neighborhood one day...hood pins are good, but they only work when you use them ...we just painted the roof with the rest of the car....the car was white already, but now its so jdm, we used chevy arctic white, the shop said it was the brightest white that they had

 

I like it Bet it will look even better with the CF hood and trunk.

Not exactly, my car and about 4 others that I've seen around Jax have the roofs black!!! Nice way to jump on the bandwagon!!!

hawwt lovin the mugen front lip change to 99 tails tho imo..........

 

Humbug, your tails are fine bro. dont buy new tails unless X-mas time comes around and you have nothing else to spend your $$$ on. otherwise, good work on a clean looking car.

Edit: with the black roof, now you need a CF hood and Trunk. i dunno how good the trunk will look though..... a CF hood for sure.

 

i'll admit, the black roof is something you either love or hate, i really haven't found anybody thats in between....future plans do include a carbon fiber trunk and hood, the main reason for the trunk is that i used to have a system in my car, and the trunk is heavy as hell from expanding foam and dynomat...i also plan on getting the ek9 thin moldings, ek9 rear lip, and the honda access window visors, sidemarkers are up in the air for me...and yes, the 99 taillights are on my xmas list ...once again, thanks for the compliments
