what would be causing a oil leak in the spark plug gallery. plug 1 wire is flooded with oil. and for some reason it is making the RPM jump up to like 3000 and stay there. any help needed

is the oil down in the spark plug holes or is it just up where the wires are??? there are 4 rubber Orings under your valve cover, one for each plug hole. one of those could be leaking. otherwise i would say to check the mounting locations of the valve cover to see if it is leaking from them.

if they are bad, just go to Honda and ask for spark plug well seals. they are only like 2 dollars each.
