Default Performance muffler for V-Tec

The "custom exhaust" that my car came with when I purchased it sucks. It is very loud and sounds like it is a crying baby. What kind of system could I get that makes the car have a low roar? Kinda like the WRX (I think that is what I saw) and a SRT?

SRT-4 sounds like that cause its a 2.4L and has no mufflers. WRX sounds like that cause it's a boxer. Your Honda has no chance of sounding like either. However, I have found that having a long straight through resonator deepens the tone a lot. My car used to be loud and obnoxious and I kept geting tickets so I put a 3' glasspack in. Not only did it quiet down quite a bit but sounded pretty nice too. For reference I have a 4 into 1 header, high flow cat, 2 1/4" exhaust and a shitty DTM muffler.

By the way, it's spelled VTEC

To get a sound like a WRX or SRT4, you just need one muffler: a turbo.

My friend got a Ebay 4-1 header and his integra had a thumping note like a flat 4 subaru.

Would a 3 chamber flowmaster make it sound deep? How could I make this sound like my RAIV?

the flowmaster is going to get rid of a lot of the ''4 cyl.'' sound, as far as the 2nd question; is it a joke?
but are you going for sound or performance?
